Amazing experience at this hotel during our New Year's stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests. They provided a complimentary shuttle to a nearby mall, which was very convenient. The key location of the hotel, being close to the US consulate, made our visit hassle-free. And the best part was the delicious vegetarian dishes that the restaurant staff prepared for us. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences.

The only downside was the difficulty in opening the windows, as they could only be opened about 15cm. This made it hard to get fresh air quickly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would have rated this facility fairly low, except for that fact.

Hot tub was never hot, breakfast buffet was over priced.

The location was convenient, as it was close to a mall and only a short distance to Mexico. The staff provided excellent service and were able to communicate in English, which was a big help for us. The basic amenities were all available, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had internet hook-ups in the rooms and provided bottled water daily. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant were patient and accommodating, even preparing vegetarian dishes for us. this hotel left a great impression of Mexican hospitality.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a hotel that offered a great location near restaurants and shops. In addition to that, they provided complimentary breakfast and free parking which was very convenient for us. We also appreciated that their staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our experience was not perfect. The hotel room was not as clean as we expected with old and dirty bed sheets.
